A new role has been created with a Mining company to cover 3 operating mine sites in West Africa. The role requires a bilingual (French / English) HR professional who will report in to the VP of HR.
The location of the role has yet to be defined and there are a number of locations you could be based, including working from home though any location you choose will involve frequent travel to their offices and mine sites in Africa.
This is an ambitious smaller mining company with the opportunity to grow with them as they do.
What you require:
- Fluency in spoken and written French & English.
- Experience working in an expat capacity on operating mine sites in Africa.
- Experience at HR Manager level.
- Experience in working with local employment law and unions, including relationship building and negotiations.
What they offer:
This is a negotiable salary paid in USD on a consultancy contract with bonus potential. Travel is covered and accommodation when travelling to site.
