A large mine in West Africa is now recruiting for a person to lead their HR team and report directly to the General Director. This role requires a bilingual French / English speaker and will be site based on a FIFO basis.
What you will be required to do:
- Lead and manage the HR team in support to the General Director and the mine employees.
- Develop the HR strategy & policy and procedures.
What you will bring:
- A Degree in any relevant HR field or equivalent.
- Ideally a PR registration & post Degree qualification.
- 10 years experience in HR.
- Experienced in the mining industry working on site for an operating mine.
Fluent language capabilities in French / English.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience + performance related bonus. Roster is 6/3 with 6-day work week.
