You’ll be employed by an international engineering consultancy with an extensive portfolio of projects worldwide and be site based on a large hydropower project in Pakistan. The site offers high security levels and has remained incident free in this regard since it started construction.
This project, over 700MW, is already within the construction phase and you will head the dam design team for CFRD and appurtenant structures. You will get 3 months off over the year with flights home.
What you will bring:
• Ideally a PhD OR a Masters degree in Civil Engineering
• 25 years total experience
• 20 years in dam design construction including site based experience
• Experience in concrete face rock filled dams
• Extensive expat hydropower site experience
What they will offer you:
A salary around $17,000 USD net / month, this is not a full time position you will be required on site for around 9 months of the year, trips home will be provided. 18 month contract (could extend or transfer to another project). Single status, Medical cover
