A respected international engineering consultancy is seeking experienced Hydropower Engineers to join their growing team. This role supports the development and delivery of renewable energy projects across Sub-Saharan Africa, South and Southeast Asia, Scandinavia, and the UK. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engineering tasks across a portfolio of hydropower and pumped storage projects.
- Managing projects and maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Preparing technical reports and documentation.
- Collaborating with senior engineers, CAD technicians, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Conducting site visits to existing and proposed hydropower plants, primarily overseas.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the hydropower or pumped storage industry.
- Strong understanding of hydropower systems and project lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
