We are seeking an experienced RCC Material Engineer to join the consultant team for a major pumped storage hydropower project in Indonesia. This role is critical to the successful execution of the Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC) works for the upper and lower dam structures. The selected candidate will lead the finalization of RCC mix design and oversee the Full-Scale Trial Embankment, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
You will be required to:
- Supervise the Trial Mix Program and Full-Scale Trial Embankment
- Determine RCC mix proportions.
- Review and approve method statements for both Trial Mix and FSTE.
- Oversee quality control and assurance of RCC and materials.
- Transfer knowledge to local engineers and the Client via OJT and lectures.
- Assist in preparing technical notes and attend meetings with the Project Review Panel
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 12 years in relevant tasks
Salary:
Basic Salary - up to 16,000 USD NET / month. This is a 6 month contract + accommodation + 1 return flight home during the assignment (economy).
