You will overseas the admin; negotiations and compliance of all contracts throughout the entire projects until completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manager entire award contract administration for EPC contractors; Subcontractors and Vendors
• Draft review; Negotiate; and administer contracts within FIDIC; EPC and Construction Contract Framework
• Coordinate with legal, procurement, engineering, and project teams to ensure contractual and commercial alignment
• Lead claims management, dispute resolution, and contract risk mitigation, including cost and schedule impacts
• Monitor contract performance and commercial compliance, supporting audits and risk reviews

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Construction Management; Quantity Surveying or Law.
• At least 10+ years’ experience in contracts and commercial management for large scale EPC Hydropower projects.
• Experience in working in South East is essential; ideally working with Chinese EPC contracts.
• Strong command of FIDIC, EPC, and construction contract drafting, negotiation, and administration
• Proven expertise in claims, variations, dispute resolution, and commercial risk management
• Able to 100% onsite work with deployment to the project site

Salary:

Freelance Agreement - Excellent Basic USD NET Salary determined by experience & Qualifications. Accommodation + Relocation Assistance + Travel Allowance.
