Join an exciting hydropower construction project as the Deputy Project Director to play a pivotal role in the leadership, delivery, of a major programme of work. This position is ideal for a professional ready to take the next step toward full project leadership responsibility.

This is a site-based position, the Deputy Project Director will work closely with the Project Director to drive operational excellence across all phases of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full‑Time Site Supervision – Maintain continuous onsite presence to witness and validate all critical construction activities
• Method Statement Review – Review and assess the contractor’s Method Statements
• Plant and Equipment Assessment – Evaluate the suitability, performance, and condition of all specialised drilling, mixing, and pumping equipment.
• Quality Assurance / Quality Control Oversight – Monitor and validate all onsite QA/QC procedures.
• Material Compliance Verification – Confirm that all construction materials meet required specifications.

 About You:

• 15 years of experience total experience including a significant focus on deep foundations and ground works.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, ideally a Masters
• Experienced onsite supervision for hydropower projects.

Salary:

An employee contract which will include accomodation, travel allowance, relocation assistance. The salary will vary depending on years experience and can be paid in USD as a NET amount, it can be negotiated.
